Judson D. Metzgar was an art collector, dealer, scholar and lawyer. Metzgar collected and dealt in Japanese prints. He sold works from his collection at a New York Auction via Anderson Galleries in both 1916 and 1919; and at the Walpole Galleries in 1921 and 1923. |
