Buyer NotesThe buyer was a cramer, i.e. he operated a market stand. He may be identical with individual of that name, called lakencooper, living on the Nimart, who bought some pearls at the sale of Jan van Maerle (INVNO 250). His surety on that occasion was the jeweler Pieter ter Haer. On 1 July 1619, Lijsbeth Dircx, wife of Jan Arentsz., living on the Nieuwen Dijck, passed her testament. She left 2000 f. to the poor of the Reformed Community in Amsterdam. She left her house t groene Laecken on the N.D., near the Oude Brugsteeg to her oldest son Jan (NA 16,fol 68, Not. S. Henrix, Extracten).
