IntroductionInventaris van de boedel van Lysbetgen Alberts in haer leven weduwe van Jan Cornelisz. Vis.
CommentaryJan Cornelisz. Vis was a buyer at WK auction (R 27392 of Montias2). He was portrayed in a militia piece in 1604. He paid a tax of 125 f. in 1631, at which time he lived on the East side of the Voorburgwal (Kohier fol. 146vo., p. 34). His religion is inferred from the crucifix over the bedstead in the present inventory.
