Gysbert Hoppesack ende Willem Smits als executeurs van de testament van wylen Wijbrich Jans zal. Actum in Amsterdam den 5e january ende volgende dagen 1639.
Commentary	Wybrich Jans was first married to Jacob Andriessen and then to Anthony Lodewycx who survived her. She was a buyer at the auction of Lysbeth Venen (INVNO 822), the widow of Michel Gysbrechtsz. Hoppesack. She was the mother of Ermtje Jacobs, who married the daughter of Lysbeth Venen and Michel Gysbrechtsz. Hoppesack (of R 32342 of Montias2) on 6 May 1620. Willem (Mauritsz.) Smit(s), the co-executor of Wybrich Jans's testament, also a buyer at auction (R 20504 of Montias2), was the husband of her daughter Lysbeth Jacobs. On 4 March 1639, Ghysbert Michielsz. Hopppesack, as husband and guardian of Ermtgen Jacobs, and Willem Smits, as husband and guardian of Lysbeth Jacobs, both executors of the testament of Wijbrich Jans, item Cornelis Michielsz. Hoppesack, as husband and guardian of Machtelt Jacobs, and Lucas Abrahamsen Capelle, as husband and guardian of Grietge Jacobs, for themselves and replacing Andries Jacobsen, their brother-in-law, presently abroad, on one side, and Jan Barentsz. Cop, as husband and guardian of Annitgen Jacobsdr., on the other submitted their differences to Gerrit Veen and Gerrit Smits as arbiters and good men under the supervision of Anthony Lodewycx. The decision of the arbiters was that Ghysbert Hoppesack would keep the house and herring warehouse de Haring Ton, bordered on the East side by the heirs of Gerrit Jelmertsz., and by Anthony Lodewycx on the West side (NA 1413, film 1381, Not. Frans Bruyningh). Jan Barentsz. Cop may have been the son of Barent Coop van Groen, cited in the NOTES to R 34251 of Montias2. According to a document dated 18 June 1639, the full name of Wybrich's second husband was Anthony Lodewycx Baeck (NA 1413, film 1381, Not. F. Bruyningh).
