CommentaryJacob Thijsz., who was married to Beatrix Lodewycx, was most probably related to Anthony Thijsz., who married Magdalena Pieters Belten (R 879 of Montias1). Anthonij Thijsz. was the guardian of the children of Sara Lodewijcks (R 27716 of Montias2), who may have been the sister of Beatrix Lodewycx. Jacob Thijsz. was also presumably related to Hans Thijsz. de oude (INVNO 690 of R 589).
