Esperante Denijs huijsvrou van Johannes Habet ende kinderen die Geertruijt Denijs nalaten sal erfgenamen ... den 25 meij 1663
CommentaryNeither Philips Denijs nor the individuals cited in the INTRO have been identified. (It is unlikely that Pieter Denijs, whose name appears in the NOTES to R 33141 of Montias2, who signed a contract for the exploitation of civet in 1619 can be identical with the heir of that name cited in the INTRO). The silver in the inventory was evaluated at 610 gulden and the tin, copper and ironware (mainly kitchen utensils) at 252 gulden.
