CommentaryOn 27 June 1604, Harmen Marijnesz. and his wife Neeltje Willems had their daughter Annetje baptized in the N.K. (DTB 39/41). The children of Harmen Marinus, living in the Vogelssteech, paid a tax of 50 f. (Kohier, fol. 286v, p. 66). It is presumed to have been his son Marinus Hermansz., 26 years old, living on the Binnen Amstel, wine distributor, with his guardian Symon van der Does (mentioned in the INTRO above), no living parents, who was betrothed to Grietje Jans ,18, assisted by her parents Jan Meynertsz. and Annetje Tysdr., on 18 April 1636 (DTB 444/21).
