CommentaryIn February 1616, Mr. Adriaen Dircksz. surgeon, a member of the Rhetorical Chamber In Liefde Bloijende, together with several fellow-members, answered some questions regarding the behavior of Hendrick Boelensz., procureur, who was said to have slandered a recently elected member of the government, probably the Vroedschap (Oud Holland 22(1904), p. 41).
