CommentaryPieter Hendrixsz. was perhaps the merchant Pieter Hendrickxssen who freighted one ship between 1590 and 1602 (IJzerman, Economisch Historisch Jaarboek 17 (1931), p. 270.) On 10 October 1598, Pieter Heynricsz., widower of Grietge Korssen, living on the Kalverstraet, was betrothed to Jannetge Cornelis, widow of Jan Tonisz. basket maker (DTB 408/398).
