CommentaryThe merchandise owned by Arent van Liesvelt, consisting of barrels and wijnverlater gereetschap was sold on 3 January 1625. The buyers were Bruijn Meyndertsz., Hendrick Wybrantsz., Hendrick Doncker, Hans Marijn, Evert Carelsz., Harmen Visscher, Bouwen Bouwensz., Dirck Haack, Albert Jansz. Grootvorst, Cornelis Barentsz., Gerrit Claesen, Daem Hectorsz., Michiel Lubbertsz., Koenraet van Dul(leken ?), Willem Benedictus, Augustyn Jonckes, Maerten Dircksz. and Dirck Remmesen. None was a buyer at auction in preserved records. The proceeds of the auction were to be paid to the coopers' guild to settle the debts of Arent van Liesvelt.
