IntroductionOp den 23en octobris 1627 zy vercocht de naervolgende goederen achtergelaten bij Marij Gerrits weduwe van Cornelis Pauw.
CommentaryOn 5 August 1589, Cornelis Cornelisz. Pau, shoemaker, 27 years old, living on the Ossemarckt, assisted by his mother Lysbet Cornelis, was betrothed to Marie Gerrits, 28, livng on the O.Z. Voorburgwal, with no living parents (DTB 663/50). On 1 April 1625, Kornelis Pau, who had lived in the Hoochstraet in de 3 witte schoenen, was buried in the O.K. Bells were rung for 1 1/2 hours and 12 f. 10 f. were paid to the church (DTB 1044/17). The house de 3 witte schoenen was located in the Hoochstraet (Jaarboek Amstelodamum 3(1905)).
