CommentaryEngebert van der Voech, born in 1560, married Trijn Volckertsdr. on 26 June 1584. She was the daughter of Vockert Syvertsz., lumber dealer op 't Water in de gulden Swaen. In 1584 van der Voech became deurwaerder vant Hoff van Hollant in The Hague. He was later an attorney (procureur) in Amsterdam in the Dwarstraet. He was buried on 16 July 1602. Their daughter named Eva married Dr. Nicolaes Tulp on 29 June 1617. She died on 3 March 1628 (Elias, Vroedschap, p. 374).
