Buyeridem [Pasquir Huijr]
Buyer FamilyHuijr (Huer), Pasquir (Paschier)
Buyer NotesThe buyer was said to be een van de vrunden (relatives) of Dirckge Gerrits. On 2 April 1603, Passchier Huer was appointed co-guardian of the children of the late Jacques Motte of INVNO 766 (WK 5073/513). On 12 April 1603, some goods were sold for cash by the W.K. at the request of Paschier Huer, including some jewelry, which was bought by Isaack van den Bergh, to whom Huer seems to have been related (see the TEXT to R 669 of Montias1) (WK 5073/939). On 16 December 1627, Paschier Huer, broker, brought f. 1,102 to the Orphan Chamber on behalf of the widow of Tys Cornelisz., butcher (WK 5073/789). On or about 10 January 1632, Pompeus de Lasale, merchant, 36, and Arnout de Porq, 25, declared at the request of Passchier Huer that the wife of Gerrit de Mist had promised the petitioner (Huer) that she (or her husband) would buy his house. A coin (godtpenning) had been given to him to signal that the deal had gone through (NA 910, film 1146, Notary Pieter Eyloff). On Jan Huer, who was acquainted with Arnout de Porcq, cited above, and was probably a relative of Passchier Huer, see R 20353. On Hendrick Huijer, who was 26 years old in 1632 and was perhaps the son of Paschier Huijr, see the NOTES to R 20370.
