A woman named Grietje Joosten, who was a witness at the baptism of one of the children of Dirck Joosten on 27 July 1636 (R 23415), may have been a sister or close relative of the latter (who also bought at many sales and may have been at least an occasional art dealer). She may be identical with the buyer.
