Buyer NotesThe buyer was an uitdraagster who was active at least since 1583 when she assessed the goods in the faillit inventory of Michiel Garshou. In 1585, she was said to be an when she paid a capital tax of 3.6 f. In 1587, she paid a tax of 9.6 f. From her two testaments, it emerges that she was the widow of Cornelis Stevensz. and that she was the sister of the surgeon Mr. Pieter Pietersz who died before 10 September 1598. She also had a half brother, Mr. Jan Pietersz., also chirurgijn. (Hilde van Wijngaarden, notes to Scriptie).
