Commentary	On the sale of Catherine Schopmans (Scheepmans)'s possessions, see INVNO 607. For the information available about Catherine Schopmans and Herman Olthoff, see the TEXT of R 507. Cornelis Segers(z), cited in the INTRO as the executor of Catherine Schopmans's testament, was a cloth merchant. On 27 May 1610, he was said to be 49 in a deposition. He was living in the Zoutvat in the Warmoesstraet according to a document dated 6 October 1643 (see the TEXT of R 259).
