IntroductionOp den 9en september 1626 zyn vercocht de naervolgende goederen achtergelaten bij Gerrit Jansz. Lambrinck ende Aeltge Gerrits zijn huysvrouw.
CommentaryOn 5 October 1610, Gerrit Jansz. Lambrinck, 27, assisted by his father Jan Gerritsz. Lambrinck and his mother Mary Jans, was betrothed to Aaltje Gerrits Coppes, 20, assisted by her father Gerrit Cornelis Coppes. She was living op 't water. (DTB 666/27). The children of Gerrit Jansz. Lambrinck were taxed 75 f. in 1631. They were then living op 't water (Kohier, fol. 24v, p. 7). On 10 July 1626, an inventory of the goods left by Gerrit Jansz. Lambrinck, the late husband of Aeltgen Gerrit Coppes, was taken. There were at least 10 lots in common between the inventory and the sale. The family portraits in the inventory were absent from the sale (NA 567, Not. Lambert Lamberti). Among the goods sold at the auction, there were several valuable pieces of jewelry, including two gold rings for 88 f. bought by Marten Codde (of R 21399 of Montias2). Aeltge Gerrits (Coppes) remarried with Dirck Hermansz. baker. She died before 4 December 1636 when her inventory was taken (INVNO 142). Aeltje Gerrits was Roman Catholic.
