NotesSince Gudiol (1955), a majority of scholars, with the noted exception of Young, agree that Juan de Sevilla, Juan de Peralta and the Master of Sigüenza are one and the same; however, the dates associated with these three names are problematic if accepted as the working dates of a single artist.
