Based in Los Angeles, Nathan Bienstock was an agent and manager for journalists working in newspaper, radio, and television. In 1965, Mr. Bienstock and Sol and Richard Liebner formed N. S. Bienstock Inc., one of the largest such agencies in the country, representing journalists such as David Halberstam, Dan Rather, and Daniel Shore. Mr. Bienstock, also an art collector, included Alexander Calder among his clients. |
