Thomas B. Clarke collected porcelain and American Art. Clarke was Morgan's porcelain advisor and cataloger.

Moran, P. Moran, W. S. Mount, Arthur Parton, H. S. Plumb, H. R. Poore, A. Quartley, W. T. Richards, T. W. Shields, G. H. Story, W. Thompson, D. Volk, T. W. Wood, and A. H. Wyant.
According to the American Art Annual, Mr. Clarke would show his collection to credentialed visitors (Volume 1, 1899, pg. 231).
