Art dealer and gallery owner; Beverly Hills, California.
Perls established one of the most important galleries in southern California in 1939. He introduced the work of many masters of European modernism and advised many preeminent collectors when they were beginning to form important collections. Frank was the older brother of art dealer Klaus Gunther Perls (b.1912), owner of Perls Galleries in New York City.
