Art Dealer and Collector.
Jewish art collector who in the mid-1990s made a powerful gesture of reconciliation by moving his modern art collection to Berlin.
Bergruen's first wife was Lillian Zellerbach, and his second marriage was to was to the actress Bettina Moissi (daughter of German stage actor Alexander Moissi).
