James Wallace Pinchot was a collector, a founder of Yale Summer School of Forestry (Milford, PA), an importer and later a manufacturer of fine Victorian wall papers.
Pinchot's wife, Mary Jane Eno Pinchot (1838 - 1914), was the daughter of Amos Eno, a successful New York City real estate developer.
