Alice Louise Walton, Wal-Mart heiress and horse breeder, collects American Art and is the founder of Crystal Bridges, Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas (http://www.crystalbridges.org).
Walton’s collection includes work by Asher Durand, Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper, George Bellows, Marsden Hartley, Gilbert Stuart, Georgia O’Keeffe, Thomas Eakins and Charles Willson Peale.
