Miss Eunice Chambers was a dealer and collector of American art who lived in Hartsville, South Carolina, from the 1930s to the 1960s.
Chambers considered herself a specialist on ealry American paintings and the works of Samuel Finley Breese Morse.
Chambers owned work by Frederick W. Mayhew and
Jeremiah Theus which now reside in the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC.
