Sarah Blaffer Campbell was a collector, patron, and philanthropist who established the Sarah Campbell Blaffer Foundation in 1964. She was married to Robert Lee Blaffer (1876-1942) the founder of Humble Oil Company in Texas.
The Blaffer collection includes works by Lucas Cranach the Elder, Sandro Botticelli, Pietro Longhi, Sir Joshua Reynolds, Thomas Gainsborough, and Jean-Baptiste Oudry.
