Pierre Eugène Du Simitieère was an artist and art collector.
His collection was sold at ublic auction by Matthew Clarkson and Ebenezer HazardSome 170 drawings and 1,300 prints were put for sale on March 10, 1785. The sale took place at Du Simitieère's home; Arch Street, between 3rd and 4th streets, Philadelphia, PA.
