William "Bill" C. Foxely is an art collector, cattleman, industry innovator and founder of the Museum of Western Art in Denver.
The Foxley collection of painting and sculpture includes work by Frederic Remington, Charles Russell, Georgia O'Keeffe, Norman Rockwell, Albert Bierstadt, Karl Bodmer, Edward Borein, Maynard Dixon, Henry Farny, Frank Tenney Johnson, William Robinson Leigh, Charles Christian Nahl, Thomas Moran, Charles M. Russell, and Charles Schreyvogel.
