descriptionThe Rare Book and Manuscript Dealer Catalog Collection was assembled primarily by curatorial staff in the Charles Deering McCormick Library of Special Collections. These catalogs make up a body of materials initially used for collection development purposes and then retained for further research. The catalogs range in date from the late 19th century through 2016, and contain a wide variety of offerings from American and European (particularly British and French) rare book and manuscript dealers.

accessThere are no restrictions on use of the materials in the department for research; all patrons must comply with federal copyright regulations. This collection is stored off-site and requires two business days advance notice for retrieval.
